About Solomon Morris Davis

An experienced property manager who resides in Los Angeles, California, Solomon Morris Davis studied business at Los Angeles Community College and real estate at the Lumbleau School in Los Angeles, California. A former managing partner of Los Angeles’ Solton Properties, he concentrates on acquiring properties that are in foreclosure or probate and rehabilitating them for sale. Through this work, Solomon Morris Davis has established a network of valuable partnerships, gaining expertise in fields that range from lending and underwriting to home improvement and appraisal.

Since 2002, Mr. Davis has served as chief executive officer of Somoda Management in the Los Angeles suburb of Torrance. In this role, he has acquired a range of undeveloped real estate, as well as properties in need of repair, to build a significant portfolio for the company in southern California and in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to his ongoing work at Somoda, Mr. Davis holds two other administrative posts: He is manager of yacht charter company Carver Pacific LLC, and chairman of Tennessee investment corporation PIE.
